About Me

  Hi there! My name is Jennifer, and I'm the creator and photographer behind the True Beauty Project. I'm a wifey, mama, artist, dreamer currently living in Cincinnati, OH.
  Growing up, I was teased about different parts of my physical appearance. It's something that has continued to affect me into adulthood causing body dysmorphia and other insecurities.
  I started this project in  2012 after an awakened moment about what being beautiful really means. I wanted to create a photo project as a campaign - an effort to show support and love for other women. I wanted to let them know that they are beautiful, not because of an outer shell, but from our inner core.
  In a world with so much negativity, my goal is to spread a positive message. It's all about our beauty that comes from within!
  This project was greatly inspired by my beautiful daughter, Isabella. I want her to always know what true beauty really means and to always live beautiful.
